Dr. Phil is a licensed psychologist and thinks he knows something about everything! The guy is right, unless you have gone through what he is going through, you have no idea how to help him other than what the old medical books have to say about the subject, which isn't much! And to compare it to a brain surgeon doing surgery never having a tumor was totally wrong! Like the man said, it's behavioral! Dr. Phil knew he was wrong but couldn't admit it! As a recovered opioid addict, nobody can comprehend the feeling of withdrawal, unless you have gone through it! There are no words to describe it! Maybe that's why some of the best drug counselors were drug addicts themselves!
